October: Month of wellingtons and mackintoshes
Photography and Poetry
+ PHOTO CHALLENGE: (Extra)ordinary
In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “(Extra)ordinary.”

The Daily Post: (Extra)ordinary Part Three
The days are getting shorter
Reflections on the water
The last of the reminders
Of the times much kinder
The games of summer played
The tanned skin to rest laid
Tall shadows now displayed
Soon enough will fade
Because,
When in October
The cold shoulder
Of winter
Soon will reenter
I love the long legs, Gun. Nice shadow work. 🙂
