Tick-tock, tick-tock
Said the clock
As time was running out
Running, running,
Never, ever stopping
Have to finish… one more job
Tick-tock, tick-tock

Faking, taking
Sometimes forsaking
Just to get on top
Tick-tock, tick-tock

Sooner, than later
Realized the inside hesitater
Something had to be swapped
