It was red, burning so, the rise of the ball, in the very early morn’

Nothing more ‘gorg’ could this small being of the ground dwellers imagine then 

Than seeing this, glorious reddish tint, filling the very tall horizon

It was certainly a view to remember and to be reminded of

The power nature had on these, very, very small

And so, standing pretty much in total awe and gawk

Until the day break, did them shake, perhaps awake, but at least, urging to move on

Of cafes and such

The city which never sleeps, well, it has to, sometimes, at least.

But those who dare to wander, no matter the time of the hour, will be happily surprised, while finding a place so nice, a cafe at the end of a small street!

So daring, taking a peak, just because it might just be the very place so many of us seek!

A quiet place, nobody cares about, not really, but those who do, will always and forever wander there, again and again.

Midnight Landing

Midnight landing

The hour is late, and not time to hesitate, the landing will need to be done, soon enough.

Finding the nearest strip, before it will get too late, steering the craft towards it.

It has been a long day, a long flight, and the night upon, well, everyone of them want to stay strong, but as long as the wheels have not made their touchdown, worry ensues.

But there it is, lit, none too heavily, just the same, it’s enough, to guide, the wayward vessel back home.
