Workaday seats, oh please!

The rickety chairs, not looking to great, and to be honest, I would rather be somewhat late, of the office, if these were the ones offered for me, to sit on the whole day, not really the ergonomic ones, everyone has on display these days.

But, perhaps all is not lost, as the cost just might be, walking around the office, and not just in one place to sit, a good pace during the day to be held, and so, in the process, getting a work out without any kind of cost!

So, before starting to scowl, about the reasons, these chairs should the simply thrown, to a great big bonfire, rather than having people sit on them, well, maybe consider the alternative, which would be to get your mind, body and thighs, into a good shape, at least, that could be some kind of a goal?
