Cats ans Dogs
Cats and Dogs
Put them in a box
What secrets untold
Before you unfold
When the box is opened
Only keep hoping
There is no other agenda
Are they friends or enemies
Or just plain frenemies
That is the age old dilemma
Of Cats and Dogs

Cats, Dogs and Ladies (Caturday)
Cats, dogs and ladies
All live under the same roof
A gentle mix of meows and woofs
Added with some ifs, buts and maybes
A playful sparring match
For the appetite to catch
Before dinner time calls
And they arrive on all fours

What we can all agree upon
Is a comfortable seat to cuddle on
All gathering into the same spot
All together tight as a knot

The Girl and The Cat: Part Two
Would you look at that!
The girl with the cat
Almost like aristocrats
“Mirror, mirror on the camera
The two of us are giving you glamoura’
Soon with us, all will enamoura’ “
The girl and the cat
Posing with a knack
Pretty pictures, are the result of that

“Cats are like music: It is foolish to try to explain their worth to those who do not appreciate them”
The Girl and The Cat
Would you look at that!
The girl with the cat
On the sofa, laying flat
No time to chase a rat
No time for a little chat
Not even an eyelid will bat
No time for the internet
Nothing playing on the cassette
Nothing moves, on the chess set
If you want to bet
The only comment you get
“What the heck,
Are you staring at!”
