Favourite Photo Friday, 2015 Photo Breakdown (2016-01-22)
Those of you snapping pix, know this to be a tedious task, since to be honest, they are all favourites of the moments they were taken, why else would you have shot them in the first place, right? Trying to limit to just one or two photos is difficult for any post, but trying my best here from the several thousand photos shot and posted during 2015 😉

When the black cat
Was crossing the street
She was chasing a rat
Trying to act discreet
Hiding behind a big hat
Awaiting her treat
The grounded bat
Knew he tasted sweet
Stood still on the mat
There was no time to greet
Only time, for combat
After a long while
Both standing still
Trying to act hostile
But without thrill
So instead of the usual
They decided in mutual
This tale’s end
Will the norm bend
Cat and mouse decided
To shake their paws delighted
The lesson of this tale?

Some of the things that always remind me of gravity include (but are certainly not limited to):
* Dancing all night long after the age of 30.
* Carrying a human baby for more than three minutes.
* News of a plane crash right before I embark on a trip (because that’s when all planes crash).
* Putting on skis for the first time in a couple of years.
* Building blocks. Especially building blocks.

Wings spread to the widest
When on the wind she rides
Feelings of being fearless
When up in the air she is,

Ode to My Family
Can’t live with them
Can’t live with them
That is really all that can be said
Rather than whining, I wrote this ode instead
I would like to put them in a box
And take them out when ever needed
But there is a warning to be headed
They really are quite crazy
Maybe a little hazy
And cunning like the fox
The may not be my kind of crazy
But they are still family
Even though scattered all over
Like a five leaf clover
I still have the luxury
Maybe even compulsory
To keep in touch with them
Thank Goodness for such gems
As Instagram and Facebook
Now we are all hooked
So without resistance
Lets enjoy the distance
No just kidding
I love you guys!
