Tasty as berries

Or off your feet

Shiny red objects
Round and perfect
Sun on them reflect
Them do you respect
But do not collect
And eat them and then expect
A great feeling to resurrect
Rather sooner than later
A really bad effect
In your stomach’s crater
You will detect
