Ready for my profile pic
Stating this fact as my gospel:
“I am ready for my close up, Mrs Roswell”
Nuff said!

Best begging face
I want more!
Gimme more!
I need to score!
Go to the store
And get me
Some more!

“There are four basic food groups: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, and chocolate truffles”
Chocolate is The Answer, Who Cares What the Question is!
You may be iconic
But also diabolic
It’s quite symbolic
To call me a ‘holic
But still I frolic
When I get glycogenic
Pining for your taste
Of the full flavour laced
With truffles
My mouth muffled
When I eat
My favourite treat
My life in dire straits
Would be
Without the traits
You offer me
Oh sweet Chocolate
Thee

“Anything is good if it’s made of chocolate” Jo Brand
My Little Piece of Heaven
There is just
something about you
I am in lust
And only for you
I am finding it impossible
to stay away
Highly improbable
Anything would keep me at bay
I lost you
Luckily
I found you
My little bit of Heaven
By sweet sweet
I am up to seven
My one and only treat
My sweet chocolate bar
In a serial package
You didn’t venture too far
When I was tracking

“I’m a terrible singer, but it helps when I have to call a taxi” Gordon Getty
Little Red Taxi Bike for Daily Photo
Sitting pretty,
For everyone’s like
The proud little red taxi bike
Cleaned and polished
Some say,
Even a little snobbish
It may be admired
And highly inspired
But
When the lights are off
It’s time to go soft
And start dreaming
Of the busy streets
Riding along
To a different beat

Yellow Close Up for Daily Photo
Little yellow dandelions
Powerful, like lions
Growing strong, despite September
Possibly still yellow, come November

“Do you think Revolutions are made with rose water?” Francis Bond Head
Rose Hips for Daily Photo
Red and delicious
But also treacherous
Brew a pot of tea
Even use as a medicine
But try not to get them on your skin
Or you’ll be itching
From here to December!

Monday for Mundane Monday
“There’s something that’s really fun about the challenge of making the mundane funny, too, I think”
Jim Gaffigan
Metal, Wood, Clouds and Sky
The four elements of nature,
Or as defined by us lowly creatures:
Metal: Heavy music, or durable material for construction
Wood: Good for building and nice for shade
Clouds: Fluffy and white, but sometimes grey
Sky: Blue, if you are lucky, grey if it rains

Precipice
If you want to jump in
Mind the glass
It’s a long way down
So, just remember
Not to land on you ass

Happy International Angela Lansbury Appreciation Day (18th of September)!
“Here I am, I still go on, you know, like the tides” Angela Lansbury
Long Live Dame Angela!
She’s got grace and style
And to top it, a great smile
Oh those blue eyes
Could light up the skies
Her face most adorable
Her talent undeniable
Like the whirlwind
Still hard at working
A Queen without a crown
A Dame with a gown
She is the belle of the ball
So say we all
Now and for ever more
