Time

Tick-tock, tick-tock
Said the clock
As time was running out

Running, running,
Never, ever stopping
Have to finish… one more job

Tick-tock, tick-tock
Said the clock
As time was running out

Faking, taking
Sometimes forsaking
Just to get on top

Tick-tock, tick-tock
Said the clock
As time was running out

Sooner, than later
Realized the inside hesitater
Something had to be swapped

Oh, never mind
Just rewind
Now, more than ever,
