Type, type, type
Work, work, work
Finally, a break
Looking out the window
The sun beckoning
Stepping outside
Half way through the door
Something hits me
Like a lightning
It’s cold outside now
It’s after all, October
Time to put a coat on
Stepping out, first step…
But wait!

The outside warm and welcoming
Blue skies and colours splayed
On the tableau drawn by nature
Quite the creator
Of beauty and awe
Almost dropped my jaw
When I stepped outside
And stared with pride

Soon but shadows

In the October rain
Autumn leaves
Falling down
From the trees
On to the ground
The winds are soon
