“Aim for the moon. If you miss, you may hit a star”

Half-Moon and Red Sky for Daily Photo

Lurking
Behind the red clouds

When you ask
“I am just working”
The moon man says smirking

And shines on
For yet another night

Autumn Leaves for Daily Photo

“Fall is here, fall is here!”
The little girl shouted happily as she ran across the fallen colourful leaves.

“This must be Thursday. I never could get the hang of Thursdays” Douglas Adams

Thursday for Daily Photo

On the sixteenth floor
A painted tableau
With a great view
Don’t forget the fondue
Because you just scored!

Thursday for Daily Photo

thursday-4

Greeted by monochrome
A foggy visual in monotone
Water’s surface windblown
Someone give me a phone
This image needs to be known
Or my name isn’t Stone

(Well, it’s not, is it! But this is rhyme after all!)

Thursday for Daily Photo

Traffic
Don’t panic
It’s just
Another manic
Thursday?

“Wait a minute, I thought it was ‘Manic Monday’?”

“Nope, this time, we are calling Thursday that.”

“I see…”

“Really? I am just waiting for Friday here!”

Thursday for Daily Photo

Early
Thursday morning
The weather
Cold and scorning
Suburbia
Eerie and filled with mist
Complain, complain,
Yes, that’s right
You got the gist!
😉

“I also like to garden. I grow things, vegetables, flowers…
I particularly like orchids. I raise orchids.”
Beau Bridges

Orchids for Daily Photo

Roses are red
Violets are blue…

But then again
It’s not always so zen
An Orchids’ colour may vary
So don’t get too scary
This time it was pink
As was the kitchen sink

“Say what?”

“Don’t blame me, It had to rhyme
Should I stop?”

“OK, so all is fine!”

“Then I’ll pop…
out that is 😉 “

Blueberry Pie

dessert

If you ask me no questions,
I will tell you no lies!

(How many pieces
Of this delicious pie
Did I really eat?
Just read my tweet
And possibly
You’ll be the wiser
Or just follow my philosophy
And eat the pie as an appetizer
Then it won’t count
And your calories will mount
To a lesser number!)

Fish

fish-sunday-1

All this for a feast
To say the least!
So much to eat
Some salty, some sweet
To top it all
Fish served in a bowl
Before you know it
You’re off your feet
Lying on the couch
With a tummy ouch
But a fair price to pay
For such a great meal
On this lovely Sunday!

September Pink for Daily Photo

"By all these lovely tokens September days are here,
With summer's best of weather And autumn's best of cheer."
Helen Hunt Jackson

September Pink for Daily Photo

A sunny reminder
Of the days of summer
But then we found out
It was actually September
Oh, what a bummer!

Oh well, any ways,
As long as there is no snow
And the winds won’t blow
We won’t have a cow!
