Killer Plant
“Feed me Seymour, feed me”
The plant beckoned
With its tentacles out stretched
For only a second
Before the food I had fetched
Into its gaping mouth
My way I had found
“Oh, well, food is food”
I calmly stated
When I got digested
And the plant finally sated
