Off of the Wall

“Stuff on the walls, such as wallpaper, paintings and even mirrors, do make a nice decor” Gun Roswell

Off of the Wall

The walls of the house heavily decorated, but thankfully, in a most tasteful of ways.

The flowery wallpaper covering the boring shade of the material of the walls, adding a few paintings, lamps and even the odd mirror into the mix.

Nothing short of taste, all according to the very latest, fashion issues printed onto a magazine made out of paper.

The style as is the resource old school, still why change if it all works, said the home owner, being no fool!

Still useful

“I may be old, but I am still useful” Gun Roswell

Still useful

Old and crooked, wrinkled and busted
Weathered, and certainly not functioning like I’m supposed to have lasted
But a fresh coat of paint, a few pretty flowers from the bench
And voila, I am serving a new purpose
Out here, for everyone’s enjoyment

December lights I two

“December is a month of great expectations” Gun Roswell

December lights

An angel called, asking, if we seen a pair of wings
You see, when on a drunken binge
When on the stage and trying some karaoke to sing
She had misplaced them after doing a new thing

A split like move, while finding her groove
Mixing the proverbial stew, with something totally new
Just on herself to improve and the audience to prove
An angel could do, much more than anyone knew

Colourful, aren’t We?

“The purest and most thoughtful minds are those which love colour the most”
John Ruskin

Colourful, aren’t We?

There can never be
Too much of colour
Bringing out, the best in me
As I out loud holler

Life in Bubble

Living in a bubble
Peeking through Hubble
Getting into trouble
Always on the double
Trying to snuggle
Always a struggle
For the couple
After all,
Living in a bubble
Usually decouples

“Nothing screws up your Friday like realizing it’s Thursday”

Thursday, 19th of November, Part One

Today, Thursday

Early morning
I woke up
Showered
Looked out the window
It was really dark
The rain had continued
All through the night
Went outside for a while
Snapped a few pics

Worked, worked, worked
Meetings and then some
Had a snack break
The sun appeared
The flowers on the table
Had started to bloom
Snapped a few pics

Worked some more
Afternoon
It was time for a
Splash in the pool
Left to take the dive
Had a few minutes to enjoy the nature
Snapped a few pics

Back home
More work
More meetings
Urgency
Finally,
Working day ended
It was really dark outside
Put out some Christmas decor
Snapped a few pics

Much later
Posted some blogs
Went to sleep
Dreaming of tomorrow…

It will be Fabulous Friday!

Wednesday, 18th of November, Part Two

Today, Wednesday

Really early morning
I woke up
Showered
Looked out the window
It was getting lighter
Sunrise!
Snapped a few pics

Drove to the office
The sunrise in full
Hurried to the pier
Snapped a few pics

Worked, worked, worked
Had a lunch break
In the late afternoon
Had great food
Snapped a few pics

Worked some more
Had a coffee break
And had a…
Few more cups of coffee
Snapped a few pics
Of the coffee that is

Working day ended
It was really dark outside
The decor was nicely lit
Snapped a few pics

Drove back home
