“Come on,
Do not be afraid
Take a bite,
You may find
You do like
This more
Than the other kind”

Old Man Jobs told the scared little nerd
as he handed over the apple, with a byte bitten off.
How quite unheard!

“Oh, never mind
The missing piece”

Jobs continued

“An encounter
With an unrefined
Caused the apple
To shatter…”

He started to laugh, evilly

“But, you should have seen
How the soft micros cleaned
As soon as they bit
My apple!”

“Welcome, to the dark side
We can provide fun too
But these spots far and few
Reserved only for two…”

“Yeah, well, if you have coffee too, then count me in!”

Sunshine, blue skies and fluffy clouds
Very popular, with the flocking crowds
Now singing and chanting out loud
Celebrating the weather gods present
Directly to them from the heavens sent

“Is it a bird?
Is it an aeroplane?
Can it be… Superman?”

“An unidentified shiny object was seen hovering above the tree tops.
So far, we have no knowledge of the nature of it, nor if it will return.”

Pinkiest of Shoes

Shoes shoes shoes
I see the pinkiest of shoes
They really do amuse
My bluest of blues
Do they really defuse…

…I just wonder who’s
Because I also want to choose
The pinkiest of shoes
Because this new mood
I do not want to loose

Wheels on the Bus

Wheels on the bus
May be going around and around
And you can certainly trust
Them to be Earth bound
Carrying you every which way
And before you get to say “hey”
Your destination realized
Yes, you have already arrived

As we arrived in the quaint little fishing village, we were greeted by the hustle and bustle of the villagers and tourists alike. Many a shops selling products from near and far. Knickknacks and touristy stuff among local produce, such as sponges and luffas. Wine and Olive Oil but also fine jewelry.

After a busy morning spent in the shops, lunch in the many restaurants by the beach boulevard was a welcome break. After a heavy duty fish related meal, ice coffee with small sugary pasties and then back on the road for a little sightseeing before heading back.

All and all, a day well spent, with plenty of memories accumulated in forms of tale and picture snaps! Definitely something to “instagram” back home 😉
