Writing 101, Day Three: One-word inspiration

Prompts come in many different forms. Sometimes, a single word is all you need to get your mind’s wheels turning. Here are six words:

Sky painted in various colours
Shape shifting clouds in abundance
Admiring the beauty of nature’s wonders
For a while only, but what seems like hours

Missed the last fare
Sitting on the park bench
Wishing I had worn a trench
The eerie surroundings

On this mystical night

I hear some noises
A car approaches
