Will continue to fight

Winter Lights

Daylight still remains
Behind the closed shades
But inside the candle light
The warmth sustains

Winter Lights

Sitting at my workstation
The only reminder of celebration
A candle on the windowsill
Without any flames,
Just very still

“Wind warns November’s done with.
The blown leaves make bat-shapes,
Web-winged and furious.”

November Sky

Clouds are breaking
The storm is fading
The shiny bright light
Has won the fight!

November Sky

November, November
Finally a day to remember
The sun has lit the skies
Even for a little while
Before the daylight dies
And it will be dark again
Just hoping, it won’t rain!

November Sky

Sometimes
When looking up
Into the skies
An odd phenomena
Catches your eyes
They say,
It’s called, “the sun”

November Day

snowman-2

It may not be a classic
And not so dramatic
But when lit up:
A snowman made of plastic
Looks quite fantastic!
