“Three of us will help the other two get suited up, get them in the hatch, and get them out the door” Mark Kelly
Hatches
Attach the hatch with a latch
To secure the precious badge
If the latch is not attached to the hatch
The catch is there might be a snatch
And the badge elsewhere will be dispatched

“Hey Clem, have you seen my yella shirt?”
Yella’ or Yellow? (SL-WEEK)
“Take a little one step, two step, three step
Then a little spin like this”
The spring is almost here
Snow all but disappeared
Dots of yellow sprinkled around
Soon enough, multiple other colours
Will fill the ground

The Girl and The Cat: Part Two
Would you look at that!
The girl with the cat
Almost like aristocrats
“Mirror, mirror on the camera
The two of us are giving you glamoura’
Soon with us, all will enamoura’ “
The girl and the cat
Posing with a knack
Pretty pictures, are the result of that

“Cats are like music: It is foolish to try to explain their worth to those who do not appreciate them”
The Girl and The Cat
Would you look at that!
The girl with the cat
On the sofa, laying flat
No time to chase a rat
No time for a little chat
Not even an eyelid will bat
No time for the internet
Nothing playing on the cassette
Nothing moves, on the chess set
If you want to bet
The only comment you get
“What the heck,
Are you staring at!”

On the Edge (Photography 101)
When dancing on the ledge
And it feels like balancing on a knifes edge
At that moment, you wish instead
You were tucked in nice and safe
In a moving large sledge

“I’ve always thought space station is a great name. It should be like a gas station where we go for service and supplies before heading further out” Wally Schirra
Gas Station
A full service station; they said
Lowest of low prices; they promised
Leave with a smile on your face; big letters on the billboard
…
Drove to the pump
Filled the tank
Left with a blank expression on my face

“No tea, no shade honey!” RuPaul’s Drag Race
Good God Get a Grip Girl!
You may
Think
You’re the
Cat’s meow
But let’s see
How you
Really feel
After I
Tell you
About
What you
Actually are
I’m not
Trying to
Come for you
Offend you
Upset you
Or even
Resent you
In any way
But this is
What it is
How it is
Really like
Why
Don’t you
Give yourself
A really good
Look in
The mirror
And tell me
Can you
Get a grip
On it!

“The queen is dead, long live the queen!”
Four More Years
Instead
Of a president
Let’s make
The next elect
A drag queen
What a green
And novel idea
Ave Maria!
Oh queenly one
We would have
So much fun
Basking
In the sun
Without
Or With the pun
No doubt
With a shout
We hail
Long live
The queen
