Mirror world

“Mirror, mirror in the wormhole” Gun Roswell

Mirror world

As through the vibrating looking glass I go
Time itself will come to a stall
Then, I let myself gently into the abyss fall

The world of my own reflected
On the other side upside down detected
Something so similar but different than never expected

I find myself in a parallel universe
When I had set the gear in full reverse
Then I touch the liquid and the image is disturbed

It’s almost as looking into a mirror
Everything getting so much nearer
The image is slowly getting clearer

When I finally reach my destination
There really is no more comparison
It’s all too different by definition

But it’s fine for the time being
As my alter ego I am seeing
With the same quirks, is quite freeing

Knowing some things never change
Even in another and different place

I still carry myself with the same old face

“Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it” Ernest Holmes

Mirror Mirror

I feel pretty
And so witty
I am slender
Yet curvy
Guess my gender?
It’s green

“Put on some red lipstick and live a little”

No,
I am not hiding
I am just
Standing
Observing
Watching
Life pass by
