The narrow street

“Take a stroll along the narrowest of streets, it’s not wide, but you’ll fit!” Gun Roswell

The narrow street

It might just be the most narrow street in the city, if not even the world, but once you are on it hurled, possibly when taking the wrong turn, simply keep on going, move along, walk through, as the end of it will be insight soon, and then you’ll be able to get, to a much more wider and comfortable set, of crossing streets, well, at least, something similar, perhaps, even the market square, that should be open and wide enough for you to finally breathe?

Narrow escape

“There is nothing to it. Simply squeeze yourself into the pit, and there, is your escape!“ Gun  Roswell

Narrow escape

The tunnel quite dark, but it was totally smart, using this very path, as in the day light, nothing was possible, certainly, not running away, simply the very thought implausible.

But the night time was upon, and finding the perfect hole, to dig through, even if it would be a narrow escape, by all accounts, the fit just about perfect, at least I think it is.

Crawling inside, there is really nothing to smile about, only holding my breath, while pushing through, the seemingly ending corridor, but at the end the door, is waiting, because today, I am finally escaping!

Lit Up

“Follow the light!?” Gun Roswell

Lit Up

Follow me out of the darkness
Through, this, narrow passage
I cannot guarantee you the future
This, solution, is only a suture
But, if you dare to take this leap
It won’t cost much but it’s actually very cheap
A small step, the first on of many
And, after a while, you’ll notice the changes
The darkness fading, as will all the blaming
Self doubt, sadness and hating
Before you know it, you’ll be surrounded
By all the light and colours you could imagine
As a reward, for discarding all that doubting

Narrow

“Narrow are the paths we travel” Gun Roswell

Narrow

The narrowest of streets I walk
No one here trying me to stalk
Only an alley cat at me will gawk

As I keep on going, fastening my pace
Looking forward to that new place
Because, for me, it’s always the chase
For something new and exiting
Something pleasant and inviting
For my mind and body, enticing

But what ever I find at the end
I know I wont long there spend
Because I know I usually tend
To leave, before the good things start

Narrow lane

“All kinds of people passing in the narrow lanes” Gun Roswell

Narrow lane

People passing each other quickly
In the narrow lanes of the big city
No howdys nor hellos exchanged
In this buzzing everyday human maze

Trying to get away as soon as possible
Avoiding all the traps and obstacles
No talking, no chatting, no singing
Not even one single hip is swinging

This tight passage way a true test
On how to get out in a way best
Not getting stuck with anyone else
Not for one second, which would be hell

Nothing sticks to these wanderers
Not even a fellow time squanderers
Destined to roam the long lanes alone
Always and forever, being one, solo

Narrow Surface

Tiptoeing
On this narrow stick
Easy going
Because, it really
Is not so thick!

Gate

“Open the gate!
Open the gate!”

The crowd went wild
Like a petulant child
The boat was arriving
No time for driving

“Got to get on board!
Because I left my Ford
On the docks
And it’s locked!”

And finally
To borrow a quote,
On a slow boat
To meet my privacy

Light at the end of the Tunnel

Every tunnel
Has its light
At the end
Of the funnel

Luxury Flat

Stuck between
A rock
And a hard place

Peep Hole

When you look inside
Try not to get stuck
Because you never know
What you may find!
