River slow, night time low

Porvoo, Finland

“River runs slow at night, never a fright, even if a deep dive you wanna take, just outta spite” Gun Roswell

River slow, night time low

The night is upon, and nothing will get done, as it is, two in the morning, with low expectation of sun, still there might be something totally fun, to do, just for those daring few, while threading down the river bank, the place where the old boat sank, taking out a dingy, yeah, the one of no one is singing, and paddling across the short distance to the other shore, for whatever hoping to score, as the night time makes most of us dorks.

Night time illumination

“Illuminated are the windows, reflecting their light from the hard surfaces, the lights of those dwelling inside” Gun Roswell

Night time illumination

The darkened night is upon the land of the so many dwellers, who can easily feel it fall

As soon as it happens though, the light of plenty and many are illuminating the roads ahead, long

Therefore, no worries, no sorrow, will follow them, as as clear as the very day, what ever lays

Ahead of them all, the eyes can clearly see, and there is no need, to get back inside, nor is there

To find a place to hide, just because, the very dark night, had fallen from above, none of them needs to feel small, the illumination saving them all

In the middle of the night

“I like to watch the outside world through my window” Gun Roswell

In the middle of the night

As I sat on the window sill, waiting, and quite still
In my usual spot, which I mostly these days, tend to fill
The hour way past midnight, could be, of a fright
But hey, for me this time, always feels, quite alright
As no one and nothing, out there, ever stirs
As during the day, it all just looks like a big blur
Not this moment though, as not a friend nor a foe
Dares to go, outside and in to the cold frozen snow
And only me, myself and I, dare to look out there
As the flakes at first kind of slowly, all over fell
But before I had a chance of thought, on all of it dwell
The storm soon enough began, its might to expand
The power so magnificent, leaving no branch unbent
And I felt exhilarated and totally alive the more I spent
My time there, in my very spot, watching, learning
As the world outside with cold white, was burning

When the night time falls
With a turn of the flicker
Red coloured mood light
Turns us all into pretty dolls

Soothing,
Is the colour of red
Before you lay your head
Onto the softest of beds
And soon enough the only sound
Everywhere to be found …
Snoring

Full Moon

Full moon of March
Appeared, fully charged
Beware,
Of monsters about
Or you may end up
With a hurt snout

Full Moon

As the Earth is churning
The moon’s a turning
From sight, disappearing
Daylight lurking
And soon
The sun will be burning

Seems it won the fight

A fullest of moons
In the night sky of suburbia
The followers swoon
Of the rarest form of morphia

Half visible
Half hidden
But never miserable
