Yellow and Orange for Seat Sunday

“The colours simply inviting, to take a seat, even if it might be, in the middle of a busy street“ Gun Roswell

Yellow and Orange for Seat Sunday

The streets of the small city, not really something too giddy, simply a stop on a route of a larger tour, trying to pack in as much to see as possible

But, the quaint and colourful respites all around the city’s streets, might just peek, the curiosity, to either find more of them, or then, to simply take a load off, after all, the tour is rather tough

Whether you will find more of these seats, spread across the many and narrow streets, rest assured, those snaps you might just have clicked, will be the source of plenty of likes, perhaps on the internets, or simply at a long evening’s travel recap

Orange and Tall Shadows in the Market Place

Helsinki, Finland

“It might be late in the summer, autumn time even, but the colours are as vivid as ever, in the local small market place“ Gun Roswell

Orange and Tall Shadows in the Market Place

The shadows so tall, as the setting sun is going down, now the summer is finally over, but fear not, as the colourful tents at the market place, will continue the spirit of the warm season long until the end of autumn, only disappearing with the first signs of snow, and even then, the more bolder shopkeepers, will brave the elements, while setting up their orange tents each and every day, until the winter storms settle over the place for good.

The Orange Bike

“The orange bike is certainly smart, visible from far and near, never having to fear, people falling under the two wheels” Gun Roswell

The Orange Bike

The bike with two wheel and just a few manual gears and a customised steering wheel, no electrical circuits, nothing electric at all, just some muscle power to use as force and move forward, while peddling away, the streets long and slippery, but as long as you keep going, moving those feet, there is nothing not to be able to achieve, while riding this distinctive orange coloured bike, visible to all, even from the far away distance, certainly a statement of its own, and so, that is the ride of the day, making an impact, wherever it may stay.

Baby I can drive my car?
Guess I will be going far?
I’m not going to be a star
But I like playing a guitar
Oh and driving my car,
My Mini Cooper car!

Beep, beep, beep – Yeah!

Vibrant: Six

The Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge: Vibrant

This week, share a photo of something vibrant. Let’s wash the web with a rainbow of colors to keep the winter gloom at bay.

orange

“I like light, color, luminosity. I like things full of color and vibrant” Oscar de la Renta

SIX:

What rhymes with orange?
A sunset, of a different kind
Only this short homage
Was for it today assigned

“An orange on the table, your dress on the rug, and you in my bed, sweet present of the present, cool of night, warmth of my life” Jacques Prevert

Orange, Three

Stop for a while
Take a seat on a bench
Have some food
For a thought
Drink some coffee
For going on
You need to stay strong
