Little Gardener
Call me the odd one out
But from the flowerbed I will sprout
And into a real human turn out

Hiding Out
“Can anyone see me?
Am I completely camouflaged
In this threesome collage?”

It’s blooming fantastic
Oh, don’t be so sarcastic!

Rusted
Old and very rusted
Feeling a little busted
But still much trusted

“Ma’am is acceptable in a crunch, but I prefer Captain” Captain Janeway, Star Trek Voyager
Captain, My Captain
Hair in a bun
Phaser on stun
Cool on the outside
Passionate on the inside
Charging off to battle
Borg, Hirogen, Kazon no matter
The enemy
She can be a frenemy
To get the job done
So pick up your gun
And follow her to hell and back
Pick up the slack
In your action be fair and square
And avoid the death glare
Both fierce and delightful
Quite a handfull
Full of action
She is our Captain

“I think people think I’m accessible. I’m never treated as a star, either by fans or other actors, and I like it like that. I don’t get the star treatment. I think that means I’m a good actor. They acknowledge me as a human being, and to me, that’s invaluable, because that’s exactly what I am!” Kate Mulgrew

“Oh look at that doggy in the window”
Pepe Jean Dog (Daily Photo)
I may be a stuffed little animal
And a wanna be manimal
But I am quite adorable
And yes,
Just call me Hannibal
Wearing tight jeans on its back
In the pattern of a Union Jack
I may be a mannequin for the masses
Sometimes wearing cool glasses
When on the runway I sashay

Throwback Thursday
On Thursdays we walk down memory lane and dig deeply into the archives of Rantings Of A Third Kind. For these posts, I have chosen some of my personal favourites. Some of them may tickle the funny bone, some even provoke thoughts and some of them will give you a view of the world in photographs taken by yours truly.
Here are some gems from the archives; Enjoy!
