Silver Lining

They say
“Every cloud
Has a silver lining”

Looking up to the sky
What do I find?
Fluffy white clouds
With fluffy white lines

Purple Lines

Purple and wavy
Nothing too racy
Surely not a daisy
Just another pretty flower

Planetary Object

The object kept on shining
Around and around spinning
Before too long all of us came out from hiding
Hoping, this really was, the promised new beginning

“All those nights with the phone warming the side of my face like the sun.”

Planetary Object

An imaginary object
Appeared to the skies
It was as high
As the crow flies
It was shining so brightly
There was no where to hide
All eyes open and wide
Staring, wondering
Some of us pondering
Was this the start of spring

“Sunday is the golden clasp

Snow Day in March

It was supposed to be a sunny day in spring
But as the clock struck with a loud ding
The snowflakes started to sing

Down, down it poured
The drains started to roar
My eyes started to sore
Was it tears or the snow fall?
Oh, March, why art thou such a bore!

Snow Day in March

Flakey snowflakes,
The earth did shake
But oh, what total fakes
When onto the ground they lay
For a while did they stay
But much to someone’s dismay
The flakey flakes
Slowly faded away

“Fee-Fi-Fo-Fum
I smell the blood of an Englishman.
Be he alive or be he dead,
I’ll grind his bones to make my bread”
Jack and the Beanstalk

Magic Beanstalk

The white picket fence
May be quite dense
But with a little bit of magic
And some common sense strategics
May just do the needed tricks
Now, climbing up towards the skies
As far as the crow flies
The magic beanstalk is making its way

Magic Beanstalk

Up, up, up we go
Up the stem we follow
Up, until we reach the sky
Up above so high

Magic Beanstalk

Whimsical, at best
Furrier, than all the rest
A magical beanstalk?
Possibly,
Would you care to do the walk?
So quickly,
Up the stem
Before the PM!

Magic Beanstalk

With the wind blown
Into the soil thrown
Magically grown
Beans into vines
Ever so fine
Try to climb them if you dare
We warned, you may get a scare
Of what you find
If you really high climb
