“Who am I that I have to sing under an umbrella? These people are my fans, and if they can stand in the rain to hear me sing, I can stand in the rain” Bobby Darin
Umbrella
Step under my umbrella
We can sing in a cappella
Like we were the Ella
Just out of hella
Lady or a fella
Let’s create a novella
You can play the Stella
Prance around like a gazella
Maybe invite the Cinderella
Even if she is vanilla
There is no dilemma
Here what I tell ‘Ya
It’s quite the Rockwell’a
So step under my umbrella
Just out of the hella

Opening the archives
Storing away the files
Of possible tales
For later to be shared
In a little cafe

People watching
A glimpse of their lives
Here and there catching

“Never mind the wind and rain
You know me to be quite vain
I will always strike a pose
And deliver you the daily dose
So be prepared”
