“I do hope
that our spring
will be starting shortly
and we will all be able
to enjoy some sunshine
again”
Lesley Garrett

Sunny Days

Seaside is the place to be
As close as possible, to the sea
Sunshine and sailboats
Where ever which way
Your eyes float

Sunny Days

A house of dreams
Or so it seems
On the solemn island
But oh so close
To the main land

Black and White

If you’ve seen the light
In the middle of the night
It’s more of a black and white

Dangling Offspring

Dangling
On a frozen string
The tiny offspring
Just waiting
For an early Spring

Curvy White

Curving and bending
The state never ending
No use in pretending
The winter has descended

Road to Winter

On this long road painted in white
Walking along, singing a song
Guess there is really nothing wrong
With all the snow, some people like
But for me, you see
I prefer a summer’s breeze
But for now, I won’t have a cow
And at least, the path was plowed
Walking along, trying to stay strong
Repeating this mantra
From my happy tantra
“Warmer temperatures, soon will come along”

Blue and White

At the moment of truth
The colour of blue
Had rendered us sooth
