Lego Blocks

Real life or child’s play?
A concrete and glass ballet?
Or a clever form of masquerade?

Tall

Tall is my shadow
On this plateau
Can you see the glow?
As I am starting to grow

Down by the Creek

Row, row, row your boat
Gently down the creek
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily
Life will give you a squeak

Jungle

“It’s a jungle out there!”
Tarzan shouted
As he out of the lush forest sprouted

“Someone, please,
Give me some cheese,
And a cup of tea!
Get me out of these leaves
I am sick and tired of striptease!”

Moomin House

In the deepest of forests
The little house of blue
Stands there quite modest
In the greenest of hues

“Step in to our little house,
Be a girl, dog or a mouse,
We can offer you some Brussels sprouts
If you promise not to shout”

“There is nothing worse than a sharp image of a fuzzy concept” Ansel Adams

Abandoned

Neglected and forgotten
Maybe even a little rotten
Someone had just dropped in
And ended up there squatting
But still saddened
And quite abandoned

Summer Dwelling

My summer cottage
In the deepest of forests
It may not be snobbish
And it does not have a mortgage
Some say, demolish!
But I say, exotic!
For cuteness there is no shortage
No need for creature comforts
In my summer cottage

Ruins

The remainders of times passed
Disappearing from sight very fast
Proves the point, that nothing lasts
…Forever

Light and Shadows

Swaying slowly
In the soft wind
Soaking up boldly
The rays of the sun
Until daylight dims
And finally gone

passage-1

“There is nothing worse than a sharp image of a fuzzy concept” Ansel Adams

Secret Passage

“Colonel: [stuck in a time loop] If we don’t find a way out of this soon, I’m gonna lose it.
[Teal’c looks questioningly at him]
Colonel: Lose it… It means go crazy, nuts, insane, bonzo, no longer in possession of one’s faculties, three fries short of a Happy Meal, wacko”

Into a new world
We were slowly hurled
Through a secret passage way
For good this time to stay

“There is no way back”
Said Jack
As he his wristwatch checked
And adjusted his backpack

The wormhole had closed
All standing composed
Awaiting the proposed

“Let’s move on campers,
There is no room for slackers”
Walking towards the new world order
Without any defined borders
