Favourite Photo of the Week, 2015-10-30

Posted on October 30, 2015 by Gun Roswell

“Share each Friday, on your own blog, one photo…or maybe even a gallery of some of your favorite photos that you have taken during the week, that make you smile or that was a great photo capturing opportunity…anything really! And as photographers are often known to say, “The best camera is, the one that you have with you!”

“Your photography is a record of your living, for anyone who really sees” Paul Strand

Fav Foto of the Week, 2015-10-30

Many a beautiful sunrises
Too many gorgeous sunsets
Which is the one to choose
Could not, so I let it loose
The photos in number of three
I have picked to peruse for thee
Enjoy them all, why don’t you
I surely did, even the blue

Fabulous Friday, 2015-10-30

Fabulous Friday has arrived
Giving it a big high five day

Early morning, early rise
A gorgeous sunrise
The air cool and crisp
Leaves covered with frost
With the moon peaking out
Time to holler, time to shout

The nature dressed
With colours of red
Sunshine reflected
On each surface
The flaring colours
The autumn odors

The last Friday of October
Truly has been a rock-tober

What Ever!

“Screw you guys, I’m going home!” Eric Cartman

What Ever!

You were smiling
Feeling charming
And quite beguiling
The sun was shining
This was supposed to be
A great day
For a song or a play

But then it turned out to be
Something else completely
It turned out to be
One of *those days*
Struck you in the face
Run over like a ten ton truck
And disappear without a trace

What the fuck?
Feeling like a schmuck
Completely out of luck
Standing in the rain
Without an umbrella
Almost going insane
And not from singing a cappella

So I say “What ever!”
And take my leave

Enjoying the view
Reserved for a few
Looking at the sky
Closing my eyes
Stepping back in time
In the beautiful Delphi

World Wide Wednesday Presents, Delphi, Parts Two

History written in stone
Time to get my mind blown
Hiking up the many stairs
Counting my steps in pairs

The many ancient ruins
On top of the mountain
The reward of the effort
Which made me sweat a lot

Blue Moment

That moment at dawn
Has you quite drawn
The sky and nature
Of one blue creature
The coolest of blues
The nature in hue…

…A natural true blue
