Remembering the victims of Pulse, Orlando
“Peace and love among all those souls, who roam this planet, called Earth” Gun Roswell
For Pulse, Orlando
What a world we live in
When feeling comfortable in your own skin
Is frowned upon by others
Leaving your heart smothered
Love, peace and happiness
We all strive for nothing less
May that be a lesson for us all
Young, old and very small

Such a sad day. Your poem expresses the tragic senselessness of it all. Thanks for writing it.

It is indeed. I have been watching the news cast on CNN and BBC most of the day and can’t really understand the motives behind people killing others. Thanks for reposting Amy!

You’re welcome. It really spoke to me. I especially like your preceding comment about us as souls roaming the earth. We are the same.

A poem for Pulse, Orlando. I needed to read this today. Maybe you do, too.
