Scenic Scenes from Dawn till Dusk and all around

“The traveller never gets sick of looking at the vistas of foreign lands, I definitely don’t and looking back at all the pictures taken, I revisit all those places“ Gun Roswell

The days of sunny and warm
Spent around the old ruins just after dawn
Much to see and plenty to do
Especially as the day is getting hotter after noon

But for the enthusiastic traveller
There is really nothing to complain rather
Enjoying the new vistas and the history
Of this place with plenty of stories

And, if you are planning to stay awake
Until the late of the event filled day
Make sure to make your way to the beach
Or basically any open area seat

As the spectacle of the evening
Is at that time about to begin
The sun setting over the open waters
There is really nothing to compare!

So keep on travelling, to strange new places
If only in your mind or in a virtual space
There is nothing more eye opening
When out of your comfort zone staying

The streets of Paris to thread on and then some

“Far away vistas or close by cultural cities? Well, guess I chose the latter one this time around and this is what I found” Gun Roswell

The streets of Paris to thread on and then some

The city with the most lights, the city of love, the city filled with history, the city which supposedly sleeps, but that kinda is not true, not really, as all of us needs some rest, even the mighty and strong figure of Europe, the eternal and most gorgeous city that of Paris.

And here, is where the trip begins, from the archway so well, known, where traffic just keeps going on and on, whether on foot, or on a bike or even, some kind of car, the roads all starts from here and then disappear to the distance on the busy streets of Paris.

Now going back and forth in any kind of city is a time consuming, sweat breaking and well, you totally get thirsty. And then, sitting down and having a break, whether for some much refreshing coffee or then, a glass of some fine wine, and that is all fine, in the many small cafes of Paris.

Then, when the night finally falls, because it really does even here, in the city of eternal lights. So, without any kind of fight, make your way towards the tallest tower, at least for a few miles, aptly named after that one builder guy, Eiffel, and watch the lights turn to various colours, at night, the feelings only when visiting the city of Paris.

Brick by brick

“Building something, brick by brick, well, isn’t that rather archaic? Or maybe not, who knows, just to what you feel is right, do it!” Gun Roswell

Brick by brick

Building something great and lasting, brick by brick, seeing the end result growing each time you lay another one on the top of the former, each time, the structure growing bigger, taller, wider and even stronger, is certainly something worthwhile. Something, which upon completion, is much more worth than a single smile. Well, at first, it might be that, then small celebration, of the arduous and long lasting job finished, and what was there accomplished. Maybe a wall of sorts, a fence around the house, to be safe? Maybe even the house itself? Some stairs to take you up and down wherever you were going? Or a small grill on the outside, in the garden to make something to eat. Whatever it is you will want to speak of it, to be proud of it as building something with your own hands, something which may or may not last, it is still quite the feat, even if a tiny cheat, while luring your neighbours and friends to aid in the process. But no matter how it got there, it will be for a while, and for all to admire, all them bricks on top of bricks.
