Busy as in a Traffic Jam

“From the busy streets, towards the calm beach, that is the goal in life” Gun Roswell

Busy as in a Traffic Jam

Busy, and too loud, are the streets I now walk
There is so much noise, I cannot her anyone nor myself talk
As I move forward, a lot of unhappy people I stalk
Sometimes just to the nature of things I this chalk

But then I start to dream, as I continue still with much steam
My face lights up, almost see the gleam, as it beams
When a blurry vision, almost seeing the image, of place without scrimmage
As it appears to my mind, but it seems so hard to focus, before I have crossed the line

Just then, I see it, I can feel it, grasp it
Then something happens, shit!
I start running, ever faster, chasing the shadow
What is it? A green meadow?

A road to nowhere

“Sometimes one simply needs to take a road, leading to nowhere much, the journey the point, not the destination“ Gun Roswell

A road to nowhere

The red bus or the black taxicab, biking, hiking or even slow walking, it really does not matter which mode you just might be choosing

The main goal is not to goal, rather enjoy the journey ahead, no matter how hard or sad, there is always something to be taken away from all that

At the end the goal might just shine, but even if you won’t reach it, either in time or at all, the best of it all, are the gained friends, the memories in the brain’s store

Ride fast, ride by

“When riding on the streets, you cannot go really fast at all, so better keep that pedal sternly off of the metal!” Gun Roswell

Ride fast, ride by

The traffic jam, always there to spam, those who would dare, venturing out in the crowd of cars each and every day, turning out to have become an eternal struggle, a kind of a bad game. The noises far too loud, but that is nothing compared to the smoke and weapon emanating from most these vessels, on wheels, pushed to move on by feet and pedals, but what can any of us do, if one wants a life outside their home to pursue?

So, why not try the public transport? Or a bicycle or even to walk? But what if it rains, hails or even snows, then isn’t the distance to the bus stop, going to be too much of a chore a the walk, a long trudging bore? And what of the speed? It would take double or maybe triple amount of time, before reaching from a to be and goodness forbid a place c! No, this will not due and the only option is to drive a vehicle painted in blue.

So, pick a good one, something with more efficiency with less fuel, and then, ride fast, go past, do not let yourself get jammed, like the rest of the damned, in the traffic jam.

Traffic, Jammed

“Lots of traffic! – Can we make it in time?” Gun Roswell

Traffic, Jammed

Vehicles of all kinds
A parking spot is hard to find
All the roads are blocked
As they streets with cars are stocked
Hurrying to beat the red light
It’s always such a hard fight
Waiting for the bus
Which some days is a must
Running like a mad person
To reach the stop in time reason
Alas, it has already gone
Or maybe, it’s stuck with a yawn
What ever the method of transport
In the busy city it’s a mute choice
Since there is always heavy traffic
And it takes a long trek to navigate
Reaching any kind of destination
So, then what?
Walking without much hesitation
That could be the only good deviation!

“Standing in the middle of the road is very dangerous;
you get knocked down by the traffic from both sides”
Margaret Thatcher

Traffic Jam in January

Drive, stop
Drive, stop
Drive, stop

Morning traffic shock
Cannot drive
Cannot walk

“This is much worse
Than Bangkok!”

Where are we?
In little Finn town
On a route, ever so fine
Now under construction
It will be our destruction!

Drive, stop
Drive, stop
Drive, stop

Crossing lines
There won’t be any fines
As long as you remain
Within the confines
Of the drawn lines

Or you’ll end up in a stall
Full of clothes
You just bought

The car has no winter tyres

So, guess there is no fuss
