Take a Ride on the Rails 

The train and the tram, are both set on top of tracks without any kind of scam, their destination never faltering, only slightly halting, but mostly going back and forth when the doors are closed,  around and around never bound, oh yeah, I think they’re called rails, made out of stainless steel or some sort and definitely no sails, but their destination never fails, even if it really is not set, as you know, they go back and forth or around?

Alas, do not worry, simply buy the cheap ticket and hop on at the nearest stop, and if you should happen to miss your intended stop, no problem, just take another round on the tram filled merry go round until the perfect destination is found and get off, or then simply continue the journey all day long, because you can, as the ticket will last for the day at least!

Spot the seat in the midst of the scene 

The colourful set up like a carefully made painting done with so many abstract strokes, but it is certainly no joke, as the scene now visible for all to see, was done with much love and total care, and not just for some random fair, but as the very piece of resistance to the museum of rails, something which so never fails, especially for all those enthusiasts, whom are so utterly in love with trains.

So, not only is this a picture perfect scene with some old school trains, neatly refurbished to be preserved for the future, but in the middle of it all, if you can spot it, is a small seating area serving as the respite for the weary museum goer, set up in the perfect colours all in pastels, doubling as a small cafe in the midst of all the old and cool stuff, which the visitors cannot get enough off and so, taking a seat in the middle of it all, well, it can make the time stall, taking you back to the simpler times, when traveling in style and class, on the steam engine driven non too fast trains.

Wild Ride

Blue Moped

A ride on the minimalistic size motorbike
Turned out to be quite the interesting hike
Hardly fitting my big fat ass on its seat
But got on it anyway, as I never admit defeat

My knees bent, almost to the hilt
I am sitting here, on this smallest of seats
With the wind and all them flies in my face
Yes, truly this is a memorable stage

Riding along the streets at noon
Certainly, to the onlookers, I am funny as a buffoon
Cannot say I am enjoying the scenery
As the most concentration is used to keep the bike steady

But like all good (or bad) experiences my ride has ended
And I am really so glad this time to have wasted
In learning a lesson of sizes and even gravity
And some people should just stay on this side of sanity

Wild Ride

Ride on the Rails

Ride on the train, in the high lands of Spain
A tiny trolley car, on its own traveling so far
Up to the mountains seen in the front
I start to consider how it really can pull of this stunt

Moving forward huffing and puffing
As there really is no chance to be backing
So, here I sit, enjoying the none to smooth ride
My poor derriere, on the seats is starting to slide

Back and forth, up and down
My smiley face nothing but a frown
But hanging on to the edge of the seat
No, not me, why would I admit defeat

I have come a long way to enjoy this place
Choosing this choo choo train train might have been a mistake
But I am on it now, and enjoying it somehow
Until the bitter end, but where else would I this time spend?

Finally reaching the very top
Nope, this trip was certainly not a flop
The view is completely gorgeous and totally magnificent
Ain’t I so glad to have time on this journey spent?

On the Metro

On the Metro

Eastward or westward bound
In an orange coloured train to be found
Riding neatly in a fashionable order
From the beginning to the farthest border

Hop on to one of the trains
They’re usually never too late
But it might feel a little bit of strain
To most of the time underground remain

Never mind the dark and dreary
Look out the window and you’ll be leering
The orange flashes reflecting from each surface
Paints many images on the fleeting canvas

Many a people climb on board
Everyone busily moving forward
Sometimes there is a crowd
And then it gets really really loud

When you reach your destination
Please embark the underground station
Look around the surrounding sights
Like a great tourist, you may like

When it’s time for the return trip
There is no need to bite your lip
If you feel like taking another tour
Remember, the metros run thirty times or more!
