I’ve been using the new blocks editor for quite a few weeks as I could see the writing was on the wall for the classic editor (I obviously missed the official message about retiring it). I’ve more or less got used to it now – practice makes perfect and all that. Just a shame the blocks editor isn’t perfect. It does have its anomalies which can make life….frustrating. At the moment its decided that it takes 3 repeated attempts before a photo is inserted from the media library into an image block and the block menu’s have a frustrating habit of appearing in all different places. Hopefully it will get better. It has certainly come a long way from when it was first introduced.
