A wormhole in the cloudy skies

Maybe, it’s a wormhole? A gateway to other far away lands? Or then, it simply is the sun shining today?” Gun Roswell

A wormhole in the cloudy skies

The skies of today, are completely filled with clouds
Some might say, an old mystery it totally shrouds
But then the others, dream of another type of scenario there
Where, a pathway opens up abruptly, to new vistas and spheres

But whatever and whose ever the train of thought
Whatever you or others wished for and sought
Always keep on looking, high up towards the changing skies
Who knows what interesting things there you may eventually find!

  1. I love this! It reminds me of one of my early poems, called Direct Line: I hope you will forgive me for taking the liberty of copying it here your comments. I should repost it on my blog, but they seem to have changed the reblog procedure in the years I’ve been away sulking.

    Direct Line

The Moon, far away as it is bright
dims the brighter light of the stars
My eye sight follows the path of that light
    passing the light-years between

Knowing full well the facts of the Moonlight
reflecting the light of the Sun,
it nevertheless leads me to imagine
that the Moon makes its own light from within.

Even if Galileo himself, who charted the Sun,
were to explain with patience and tact
I still would ignore him and blissfully say:
“Please don’t confuse me with facts.”
