Close up, and personal

The face cute and adorable, so touching it would be quite plausible, but behind that mask of a soft and furry face, might just be something wicked anyways, as long as it amuses the feline you being too familiar, as the cats have their limits to their own finesse and grace.

And so, if you choose to stick your hand or even your  very nose way too close, to that fluffy looking coat, you may find that the cat, amused not so much is, of your actions obtuse, so be prepared for some heavy duty scratching soon enough, when you are off guard.

So, why not do the thing smart and stays the heck outta the cats face, just try to admire the overload of cuteness experienced, from a farther away distance and unscathed you may end up to be, as you see, the cats appreciate boundaries far more than hoomans do.

As when you follow this one simply rule, rather than becoming the bleeding fool, you and the furry feline will certainly maintain a relationship very calm and cool and that is the very best one to be in, both cat and servant in this fragile relationship of a spin.

Ride fast, ride by

The traffic jam, always there to spam, those who would dare, venturing out in the crowd of cars each and every day, turning out to have become an eternal struggle, a kind of a bad game. The noises far too loud, but that is nothing compared to the smoke and weapon emanating from most these vessels, on wheels, pushed to move on by feet and pedals, but what can any of us do, if one wants a life outside their home to pursue?

So, why not try the public transport? Or a bicycle or even to walk? But what if it rains, hails or even snows, then isn’t the distance to the bus stop, going to be too much of a chore a the walk, a long trudging bore? And what of the speed? It would take double or maybe triple amount of time, before reaching from a to be and goodness forbid a place c! No, this will not due and the only option is to drive a vehicle painted in blue.

So, pick a good one, something with more efficiency with less fuel, and then, ride fast, go past, do not let yourself get jammed, like the rest of the damned, in the traffic jam.

Last of the leaves to fall

The autumn soon passing as it like nothing else is forever lasting, the leaves of the season, turning to faded colours, soon to take the deep dive onto the ground, where a pile will only be found before the turning to dirt and dust, because it is a must, the circle never ending even if on this day, the leaves still spending their time on the branches in a surprise set of sunshine. But if tomorrow will bring some wind and rain, those leaves will be stained with prickles of water and then, they too will falter and take the plunge, into the ground as it was predetermined from the experience of the same thing happening over and over again, the circular fashion and the life span of anything in nature really, and so, these leaves too realising freely, that it is the only way. And maybe not to take it as a dismay, rather the sense of being reborn, come next time, the spring and warmth and then from the very dust and rain, blooming again, in a new way, in colours lush green, prettier than ever seen.

Hog of the Hedge

The tiny animal with knives sharp spikes on their back, sounds terrifying right? But as a matter of fact, they are a cuddle little thing, someone who turns up in the early spring and then runs around the garden all summer long. When comes the Fall, it will curl up to the smallest of balls, and then sleeps all Winter long until it is once again time for the upon coming Summer to prepare and that is where this tiny mammal will find their spot, right there, under the ray of sun warming up.

But, a gentle reminder, if you care to spot a hedgehog, then best place is really close to any kind of shrubbery or bushes. Still, the camouflage of this animal as optimal, so, maybe be very careful as to where your delicate fingers you will stick as the defence mechanism of the hog are those sharper than teeth kind of spikes at the back and prick your easily they will, intending really no harm, but hey, if you go poking about, then be prepared as it is their defence!

A moped ride across the town

The two wheels required to peddle and then steer a motorised vehicle now totally dear, to a place far away or even a some place near, the ride always a pleasure, no matter the initial feel, because the cycle, moped or some other kind of motorised bike, will make the day with a permanent smile. The bike, can you whatever juice to power up you may choose, whether human power, electrical current or even the bad kind, the gasoline from the hose. Still, the best bet is to let your own feet do the peddling, at least for a while, and when feeling the pain, sweat and dire, then power up the small engine and let the whole thing fly, for a moment, and after the recharge of your own self is complete, then take control of the drive and make it a nature worthwhile effort. Because the effect is much more than that, your heart, body and soul becoming more apt, while making the use of your legs, instead of a power source more quaint. But whatever the means are in the end, it is all a time and effort well spent, when taking that ride in outside, even if it was just a short one cross town.

By the seashore, see more, stay away from bore

The bluish hues of the waters glimmering in the morning sunshine simply beckoning to get out there to have some fun. Splashing around in the calming waves, whether alone or with some close friends. The effect of this liquid form can be quite an uplifting lore, as forgetting all the daily chores, at least for this day, when sun and water come up to the sandy shores together, for a play. Preparing the perfect setup for anyone there to stay, as long as they had found the way there.

So, if you have some time, try spending the whole day right beside those bubbly waves, dipping and diving into the cool blues, which sometimes even turn to turquoise hues, slowly but surely blending into the skies as the horizon slowly fades, making the scene look like and endless palette of bright light, coloured in blue. And certainly something good for the body and soul, to perhaps make it whole or at least give it a patch to carry on until the next time.

Lounging on the soft and comfortable office chairs

Made out of velvety faux leather, with the softest of cushion to tether the dark and large chairs to those who dare in them to be seated, especially on the days, when one feels somewhat defeated, of maybe a task gone awry or otherwise not so fine. It is also quite unusual to find these types of homey settings in a working environment, as the creature comforts, are hardly considered that efficient. But, here they are and you don’t have to walk far, from the cubicles and conference rooms, with all the talking and zooms, after all, sometimes, a break is needed, and the coffee area is not as sufficient. So, do dare and take a load off, be seated and never mind the stares of those around you, rather make them see, that this a good thing, and having a break every now and again, is certainly no sin. We all need our rest, to be able to achieve our very best, and if these comfortable big chairs, which seem to come in pairs, are there for the taking, then why the heck not utilise them, when you are aching.

The cat and the faucet 

Water not the most favourite thing, of a proud cat who can with a meowing note forever sing, but when it comes to playtime around the kitchen, when others are busy cleaning and washing dishes, a furry feline will find, the perfect place and facet to fool around.

The running water of the tap, is as much annoying as a small dogs yap. The somewhat melodic drippety drip sounds, can be heard pretty much all around, the small house. But for the kitty cat of the premises, she will find it’s not a miss, rather a cool toy despite the annoyed looks on her feeders face.

And then, making the most fun of this newly found bliss, the small cat will make a fun play of it to last, until pretty much for an hour, no matter if someone else’s mood has gone sour for listening to the constant dropping of the waters now running down the drain, pretty much in vain. But that is a small price to be paid, for this precious kitty cats fun of play, as it is, the true master of us all 😉

Dark Horizon

Dark Horizon 

The moon is arising in the darkness, out there in the horizon, but before it can emerge, some of the remaining light of the day, still lingers longer than it should, but it knew it would because there are still those, who are trapped there, not able to steer, in the total darkness of the night, so this lonesome light, will remain to shine upon the path for them, rather than condemn these souls to falter from their way.

And for all those who may be in the same need, in the future this same deed, will be done, as the sworn duty of this ray of light, is to protect all the passengers on their way to their safe place, no matter how dark the horizon will get, there will always be a brief light to guide. So, whenever you decide to remain out there, past the daylight near, you can rely on the constant of the universe, the light in the night sky, to be there for you and lead you home.

Bubbles and the coffee cup

Bubbles and the coffee cup

No matter the time of day, no matter the state of mind, even if in disarray, there is one constant in the universe which will be the perfect choice, as a calming effect, a snack and even a beverage for the thirsty soul. So, listen carefully to the beckoning call, of that bubbling pot, making the lot of coffee for everyone to consume, and all this before the time is noon.

The key is in the bubbles. Look carefully at them, floating across the surface of the drink, and they will not sink, even if you will blow at them or mix the liquid with a spoon, because as soon as you stop stirring, the bubbles will be re-emerging. Persistent are they by nature, but the are the very nature, of the tall order in the cup, so do not huff, rather gently blow at them, and then take taste. The tickles in your mouth, will make you giggle out loud, meaning only one thing. You are enjoying the best cup of the stuff and isn’t that simply grand.
